Two ways to make it yours. Pick a clean breed silhouette with your dog's name, or send a photo of your specific dog and Tiffany will draw and embroider a portrait of them. Both are stitched to order in her small Norwich studio, on premium natural cotton, one at a time. Not a printed transfer that cracks after three washes. Real thread, real embroidery, made to be carried.

How Your Portrait is Made

If you've chosen the portrait option, once you order, I'll prepare your pet's portrait from your photo and send a preview to your inbox. Nothing is stitched until you've approved it. Once you're happy, I'll embroider it, finish the piece, and send it your way.

Because portrait orders are made just for you, they can't be returned unless faulty or damaged. That's why the preview matters, we get it right before it's stitched. Silhouette + name orders (not customised from your photo) follow our standard 30-day returns policy. If anything arrives with a fault, contact me within 30 days and I'll sort it.
