Every piece is designed and prepared by Tiffany in her small Suffolk studio, finished by hand, and made to be kept.

Choosing the perfect photo

A clear, well-lit photo lets me capture the small details that make your pet unmistakably themselves, the set of their ears, the markings, the look in their eyes.

What works beautifully: A close-up or head-and-chest photo taken in natural daylight or good indoor lighting, with your pet's eyes, facial features and ears clearly visible.
What to avoid: Blurry or dark shots, heavily filtered images, screenshots, and low-quality pictures saved or downloaded from social media. These lose the detail I need to stitch from.
If it's the only photo you have, particularly of a much-loved pet who is no longer with us, please still upload it. I'll always do my very best with the image available.
Not sure which one?: Upload a few. If you have several lovely photos and can't choose, send them all and I'll work from the one that will translate best into thread.

Once you order, I'll prepare your pet's portrait from your photo and send a preview to your inbox. Nothing is stitched until you've approved it. Once you're happy, I'll embroider it, finish the piece, and send it your way.

Every sweatshirt is embroidered individually, so stitch layout and scale may vary slightly to suit your pet and the size you've ordered. That's part of the process, not a flaw. Because every piece is made just for you, personalised items can't be returned unless faulty or damaged. That's why the preview matters, we get it right before it's stitched. If anything arrives with a fault, contact me within 30 days and I'll sort it.
