Shipping policy
Every Ineedledit order is personalised and embroidered to order in our UK studio. This means we need a little time to prepare your design, stitch your piece and check the finished result before dispatch.
UK Delivery
- Standard UK delivery is £5.99.
- Delivery is free on orders over £50 after discounts have been applied.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround time is the time required to create your order before it is dispatched. It does not include the time your parcel spends with the delivery provider.
Small Personalised Items
Headbands, T-shirts, makeup bags and other small personalised pieces are usually dispatched within:
3–5 working days
Pet Portrait Pieces
Pet portrait garments and portrait tote bags are usually dispatched within:
10–14 working days
This allows time for your artwork to be prepared, digitised and tested before the final embroidery is completed.
Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
Pet Portrait Previews
Every pet portrait order includes one test-stitch preview for approval before the final piece is completed.
Your preview will be sent using the contact details provided with your order. Please respond as soon as possible, as delays in approving your preview may extend the turnaround time.
Once the preview has been approved and the final embroidery has started, further changes may not be possible.
Photographs and Personalisation Details
Clear, well-lit photographs showing your pet’s face, markings and colouring will help us create the best possible portrait.
If the photograph provided is unsuitable, we may contact you to request another image. This may extend the production time.
Please check all personalisation details, sizes, colours and delivery information carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at admin@ineedledit.uk.
We will always try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Dispatch
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be included where available.
Orders containing products with different turnaround times will usually be dispatched together once every item is ready.
Busy Periods
Turnaround times may be slightly longer during launches, promotional periods and seasonal peaks such as Christmas.
Where possible, any extended turnaround times will be displayed on the website or communicated after your order has been placed.
For gifts needed by a particular date, we recommend ordering early. Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless agreed with us before ordering.

For damaged items, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
