Turnaround Times

All Ineedledit pieces are embroidered to order in our UK studio. Because each item is personalised, turnaround times vary slightly by product type.

Small personalised items, such as headbands, t-shirts and makeup bags, have a turnaround time of 3–5 working days before dispatch.

Pet portrait pieces, including portrait garments and portrait totes, have a turnaround time of 10–14 working days before dispatch. This allows time for artwork setup, digitising, and stitch preparation.

All portrait orders include one test stitch preview for approval before the final piece is completed.

During busy periods, launches, and seasonal peaks, turnaround times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will always keep you informed.

We always aim to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining stitch quality.
