Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Returned with any original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at admin@ineedledit.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Personalised & Custom-Made Items

As all personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for you, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Personalised embroidery
  • Custom names, initials, dates, or wording
  • Custom pet portraits or uploaded image designs
  • Made-to-order personalised products

Please ensure all personalisation details are checked carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for customer errors in submitted text, spelling, dates, colours, or uploaded images.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing admin@ineedledit.uk.

To help us assess the issue, we require:

  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs showing the fault, damage, or error
  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we will advise on the next steps and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.


Exchanges

As many of our products are personalised and made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If a non-personalised item qualifies for return, a new order should be placed once the original return has been approved and processed.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.


European Union Cooling-Off Rights

Under UK consumer law, personalised and custom-made goods are exempt from standard cancellation rights.

For non-personalised products shipped to customers within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item to be processed
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account
